Based on an innovative equity instrument, Kwantor allows businesses established in the Netherlands to reward co-founders, (early) team members and investors for optimal performance and engagement. Entrepreneurs and businesses can easily leverage our equity templates and activate their rewarding schemes using Teller: our equity management platform. Introduction

Unlike SARs and STAKs (traditional ESOPs), Kwantor provides participants with meaningful upside by allowing them to share in dividends and liquidation proceeds as the company grows, with optional Profit Share Tokens for long-term alignment. This flexibility makes Kwantor suitable not only for employees, but also for contractors, service providers, and early-stage investors. Allocations can be structured as time-based, milestone-based, or fixed-reward arrangements, and can be tied to specific roles, assignments, or clearly defined deliverables.

For companies, Kwantor’s solution avoids immediate cash payouts, eliminates governance burdens such as notary and foundation maintenance fees, and keeps governance separate from economic rights. All transactions are documented in Teller, our secure equity management platform, giving HR and finance teams real-time oversight and control.
