A level playing field for everyone to compete for excellence.
We lower the barriers to entry in capital markets so that anyone can compete for excellence. Entrepreneurial spirit and innovation should thrive on accessible, efficient solutions, with no compromise on quality.
We love creating elegant solutions for complex problems.
Kwantor was born out of a desire for solutions we couldn't find in the market. When we wanted to reward contributors with a stake in our own venture, we ran into the administrative complexity that traditional equity structures impose: notary deeds, additional entities, and legal fees for tailored advice on what should be standard solutions. We felt there had to be a better way.
We started with a single Dutch structure, the winstbewijs, and made it digital, programmable, and easy to issue in our equity-management app, Teller. It worked, and it revealed a far bigger opportunity.
What we're building
As a core growth lever, equity infrastructure should be as frictionless as modern payments infrastructure. Instead, the current solutions under-service stakeholders with fragmented, needlessly complex, and costly tools. The expertise that makes equity work lives with the legal, tax, and notary firms who design it, yet the instruments they create have nowhere to go once they are signed. So we widened the lens.
We are building one operating surface: a partner platform where firms turn their own contracts into programmable templates and serve their clients with a branded Teller, and Teller itself for growth companies who manage equity directly.
Our ambition is to build the infrastructure for universal equity ownership, so that the upside of innovation is broadly shared, not narrowly held. Broad equity ownership aligns incentives, strengthens hiring and retention, and improves performance. Most importantly, it democratises the upside of innovation, turning employees into future founders, investors, and ecosystem builders.

We keep iterating through complexity until simple, steady solutions emerge. Come build that future with us.
