We believe that too often, the creation and control of founder equity are constrained before they even begin. Underdeveloped systems and a lack of innovation in traditional processes impose barriers through legal and administrative overhead, and consultancy loops. The creation and control of equity schemes becomes an expensive and delayed privilege. What should be a natural act of creation turns into a bureaucratic burden that suffocates initiative.

Our story
We love creating elegant solutions for complex problems
Kwantor was born out of our desire for the solutions we couldn’t
find in the market.
When we wanted to reward contributors with a stake in our proposition
we stumbled upon the administrative complexities and overhead that traditional
equity structures impose: notary deeds, setting up additional entities,
legal fees to receive tailored advice for standard solutions... We felt
there had to be a better way.
Working our way through the maze of legal, fiscal and administrative
intricacies, we connected the dots with the opportunities brought by
technology.
